Shipping

We ship all watches by USPS Priority mail or FedEX. Signature will be required upon delivery in order to protect your item from theft.. We will ship items between 24-48 hours of completed and approved payment. We currently do not ship to any locations outside of the United States. 

Returns Warranties 

We will accept returns if for some reason the item arrives not as described for 72 hours from the time the item is delivered. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  We provide a 3 month parts and labor guarantee on all items.  Please note however, that the guarantee will be invalidated should the watch have been mistreated or tampered with and/or worked on by a watchmaker. Please note the guarantee does not cover the general time keeping of the watch. After inspection of the watch Theunknownmarket will decide if the guarantee claim will be fully or partially covered. 

What to expect

All of our watches are thoroughly inspected by ourselves and a watchmaker to verify authenticity, operation, etc. Every watch we sell is guaranteed authentic and guaranteed as described. Please understand the used watches will have signs of wear and it is up you to look through our Professionally taken photos for details of the vintage condition.
